HOT, how hot is it....

DAMN hot!! Suppose to be in the HIGH 80's here in Sacramento. Mothers day was great except everyone else had the same idea we had. Do dinner on Saturday and miss the rush...YA RIGHT. Lines were long, but the food was good.

Hope everyone has a great day today

Good morning Marines.. and "Friends"!!

I see that some of you are awake and still breathing. I had to pinch myself to make sure that I was not dreaming in some far off land.

I went down memory lane the other day.. I got to remembering those mornings I would watch the sun come up from a fox hole..

Then I got to remembering that the only thing that I did not like about a fox hole was that I did not have my wife waking me up in the morning with a big hot cup of coffee.. Then kicking my butt out to go to work.

Good Morning All. It's going to be a beautiful day here in S.W. Kansas. This is the kinda weekend we all look for when we want to have a picnic or to just take a walk down memory lane and this weekend is just right to remember our fallen hero's of our past and to the ones that are fighting the battle that seems to never end.
And to all my Brothers who have fought and are fighting now I personally stand up and Salute you and the one who didn't make it home I stand up and say a prayer for you and your family. May on this day and weekend of remembrances, may we all reflect on our past and present.
Semper Fi
