A Heads Up for League members interested in downloading the 2010 National Bylaws

National has put up the latest 2010 National Bylaws on their website. Many people will have a problem downloading the Adobe PDF file because they will get a message saying the file can't be downloaded or read because they don't have the latest Adobe PDF Reader. This will happen even if your Adobe PDF Reader is 9.4.2.

What you will have to do is go to Adobe.com and download/install Adobe's latest Adobe PDF Reader which is 10.0.1. Once 10.0.1 is installed, you will be able to go to National's website and download the bylaws.

As a side note, Adobe Reader 10.0.1 is much more secure than previous versions from virus/trojan attacks.

I've installed Adobe Reader 10.0.1 on my computer and my wife's office computer with no problem. But, I've talked to some people that have run into problems either installing it or using it after it is installed. It looks like Adobe Reader 10.01 doesn't like some anti-virus software or runs into conflicts because it runs in protected mode. Adobe is getting a lot of complaints about it and some people have reverted back to Adobe Reader 9.4.2. Unfortunately, National has chosen to create PDF files that only can be read by Adobe Reader 10.01.
