Camp Pendleton or Camp LeJuene.

Which Camp would you rather be posted at Camp Pendleton or
Camp LeJuene?

Camp

I was born in Camp LeJuene, and did ITS in Gieger, but liek Pendleton much better. I think because there is a lot more to do outside the base, in Cali than in North Carolina.

Notice "present law, regulations" and not what the whims of the last administration thought it should be done and certainly not what the present administration thinks it should be done.

Never been to Camp LeJuene only Camp Pendleton so I can only speak of Pendleton. Got out of boot camp (SD) in 64, spent 6 month at Pendleton before boarding troop ships to Nam.

Two tours at Camp Pendleton and four tours at Camp Lejeune ... I prefer Camp Lejeune.

I spent about 20 years west of the Mississippi. I was on the east coast once during the winter of 1963 when I received my commission and went to TBS.

I can assure you I was a happy camper to get back to my wife and old unit on the west coast.
