Credit card use most important factor in credit reports

I'm in the process of getting a large loan, and I would like to get my annual free credit report. Apparently, the CFPB has released a new study about credit history. It found, among other things, that charge card activity is the single most significant element analyzed by credit reporting agencies when determining credit history.

Even though my credit cards have a high limit I NEVER charge lot on them. That shows I don't mis-use the cards which I am sure helps your credit score.
