Oboot, looks like you have taken charge of the welcome committee and it's great that you take the time to do that. Got a suggestion for you....instead of posting new member welcome why don't you just post welcome and their name? That way you don't have to view the thread to find out if you already welcomed the new member. Just a thought Marine!
