plt book

i retired as a navy corpsman in 1983. i served with 2/9 as a corpsman in 1968-1969. before that i was a marine and completed bootcamp at the island. i am trying to locate my old plt book plt 180 1960... anyone go back that far.... any help would be greatly app.
