Guard force pulls all-nighters to keep Marines safe

CAMP RIPPER, AL ASAD, Iraq – Sgt. Eric M. Simmons, the Regimental Combat Team 2 interior guard chief, uses his radio to communicate with Marines at the entry control point here. The interior guard force is responsible for maintaining order and protecting both the people and property aboard Camp Ripper.
