On the heels of a trip to China last month with General Pace, Army Command SgtMaj Gainey (senior enlisted advisor to General Pace) is visiting Okinawa where he is speaking to service members about working together with the other branches of service and advising them to "Get away from the culture of 'I'm better than you and you're not as good as me.'"
