Anyone out there know anything about SSgt Paul A. Rossano, senior DI with Platoon 184, C Co., Ist Bn. Parris Island in May 1966, or SSgt Mullins, Platoon 199, B Co. 1st Bn.?
I started out with 184, burned my hand on mess duty and spent a few weeks in the Naval Hospital, few days in Hospital Platoon and then picked up Platoon 199, graduating on 2 August. SSgt Mullins was my senior DI.
Just wanted to thank them both for what they did for me.

you have your graduation book? If YES, you can scan it and email the pictures to gmiller@yellowfootprints.com.
Once we receive your platoon information we'll enter it into our boot camp database.

No book. The individual pictures were taken when I was with Plt. 184, so when I finished with Plt. 199 I wasn't in their book. Would really like to make contact with Rossano or Mullins. Like every Marine, their DI had a serious impact on my life. I don't think I could have come as far as I have had it not been for the discipline and motivation they instilled in me.

did for all Marines was to create something out of nothing. During recruit training we hated all them sons a bitches, but found out years later how much they really did for us.
Your not alone when it comes to thnaking these Marines who made us what we are today.

Paul Rossano here.I sent a copy of the Plt book to Ron Bell and talked to him on the phone. Always a pleasure to find one of "my"
Marines.
