Interesting article in the Feb, 2007 of the VFW Magazine about a battle on Hill 689 in Mid-April, 1968 involving 1st Bn, 9th Marines.
I checked their web site(www.vfw.org) and under News & Info they have links to magazine articles, But February has not been added at this time.
5 Feb. as of 2200; I just checked the VFW Web site and they did not include the article about 1/9 in the list of articles from the Feb. issue of the Magazine. :(
