This has been a very productive last couple of weeks here at Yellow Footprints, from sending home graduation books, to entering a number of graduation books and platoon pictures into the boot camp database.
With the help of volunteer’s we have scanned over 20+ graduation books that are now in the database from donated books we recently received. We have also completed the addition of 136 platoon pictures for Parris Island, and 113 platoon pictures for San Diego.
We also have, but not entered into the database yet a variety of picture like Graduating class for Admin Chief’s course from 1966, and a number of OCS graduating class pictures to enter.
If you’re looking for your boot camp graduation platoon picture you might want to check the database and see if we’ve added it recently.
As a side not, many of the new platoon pictures are from the 40’s, 50’s, and 60’, from a historical standpoint these are treasure pictures to have, and view.
Carry On Marines!!
