Wanted by the FBI
John W. Parsons, who was being held without bond pending trial for the murder of a Chillicothe, Ohio, police officer in April 2005, escaped from Ross County Jail on July 29, 2006 by fashioning a rope out of toilet paper and bed sheets. Police suspect he may travel to southern Ohio or western West Virginia. Parsons should be considered armed and very dangerous.
